About the role: We are a rapidly growing, purpose-driven startup who bridges the gap between practitioner directives and self-determined implementation of positive behavior change. Patient Success Advocates (PSA) play a dynamic role in the HealCommunity™ ecosystem. In this position, you provide program participants with end-to-end continuity from initial patient outreach, enrollment, support and nurturing throughout the program, as well as with post-program follow up. PSAs also work closely with Coaches to support the successful delivery of program content, and have the opportunity to contribute in other meaningful capacities to further our mission.
As a PSA your responsibilities include:
- Initial outreach sessions with potential program participants to establish rapport, credibility and assist with the registration process
- Facilitate group sessions in Zoom to support Coaches
- Answer support tickets
- Other admin/ops tasks, as needed
Zoom Session Responsibilities:
- Outreach to absentees from previous week inside 24 hrs of session start
- Maintain attendance records
- Orchestrate breakout groups
- Attend to chat for those who need 1:1 attention (also to avoid disrupting flow of group session)
- Provide digital resources being used by the Coach

Qualifications:
- Technical knowhow and tech setup to perform the above responsibilities
- Access to reliable internet connections
- Sales and customer service experience
- Ability to keep multiple focuses organized
- Comfort and flexibility in a fast-growing, ever-changing startup environment
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in languages other than English is a plus
- Training in health coaching and understanding of root cause medicine is a plus
