About the role: We are a rapidly growing, purpose-driven startup who bridges the gap between practitioner directives and self-determined implementation of positive behavior change. Enrollment Support Specialists play a dynamic role in the HealCommunity™ ecosystem. 

 

This is your chance to bring your sales expertise and customer service skills to help program participants launch their journey into a healthier, longer life! In this position, you play a key role in the successful enrollment of members of HealCommunity™ programs by performing outreach, communication, and support of members through the registration process. Enrollment Support Specialists also work adjacent to our Coaches and Patient Success Advocates to support the successful delivery of coaching programs, and have the opportunity to contribute in other meaningful capacities to further our mission. HealCommunity™ is committed to providing growth opportunities where possible, and the Enrollment Support Specialist position is no exception! 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • contacting partner clinic patients by phone, text, and email
  • establishing rapport, credibility, and authenticity
  • identifying patient needs
  • connecting patient needs to features and benefits of our programs
  • enrolling participants into our group programs
  • maintaining pre-program enrollments as necessary
  • communicating to key team members
  • updating, organizing, and documenting our CRM
  • partnering with our Head of Product to refine our CRM
  • attending virtual team meetings as required
  • achieving relative KPI objectives

Qualifications:

  • proven sales and customer support experience
  • coaching experience and education are a plus!
  • bilingual skills also a plus!

 

Schedule: 

We’re looking for someone with flexibility and willingness to work a range of shifts, mainly afternoon to early evenings, and weekends (as needed), as these are the best times/days to directly reach our contacts. 

 

Work Location: Remote

 

$17/hr to start - with incentives opportunities for rapid growth
