Still Have Questions?

Is this group covered by insurance?

It will depend on your plan but yes, these groups can be billed to insurance. You will be able to work with the clinic to discuss co-pays and if your insurance plan covers the group.

Is this group coaching or individual coaching?

The Collaborative is set up as a group coaching model to provide the highest level of support for each person involved. There will be opportunities for individual coaching within the group sessions and all of the content is aimed to help you become your own self-advocate. The team and your coach will always be available to help along the way. 

Can I sign up for individual coaching, too?

Right now, the offer is for group coaching only. We harness the power of community healing to create the biggest impact for each of our group members.

Why Group Coaching?

There are so many reasons why group coaching works. Most importantly, the group you will become a part of will be a wonderful support community. Everyone is walking a similar path to you so you can share resources, stories, challenges and wins together. Healing in community is one of the most important elements to a functionally healthy lifestyle.

How many people are in the small groups?

Groups will be 15 -17people - which is the exact right number to have community contribution but also individual support and attention by your Health Coach. 

Do we take lab tests? And will I be prescribed supplements or medications?

No, the purpose of the collaboratives is to address behavior and lifestyle changes to directly impact your health journey. You will continue to have your lab tests and medical protocols administered through your doctor’s office. This group can be a great compliment to the work you are already doing with Dr. Haas.
