Please reach out to your clinic provider as they will be able to give you specifics on what your plan covers but generally speaking, your insurance will be billed for only 7 sessions during the program.
The program is set up as a group coaching model to provide the highest level of support for each person involved. There will be opportunities for individual coaching within the group sessions, in one-on-one session, and all of the content is aimed to help you become your own self-advocate. The team and your coach will always be available to help along the way.
Right now, the offer is for group coaching only. We harness the power of community healing to create the biggest impact for each of our group members.
There are so many reasons why group coaching works! We have seen that coming together in group helps us heal faster than going the path alone. The group you will become a part of will be a wonderful support community. Everyone is walking a similar path to you so you can share resources, stories, challenges and wins together. Healing in community is one of the most important elements to a healthy lifestyle.
Groups will be 15 -17 people - which is the exact right number to have community contribution but also individual support and attention by your health coach and licensed practitioner.
No, the purpose of the collaboratives is to address behavior and lifestyle changes to directly impact your health journey. You will continue to have your lab tests and medical protocols administered through your doctor’s office. This group can also be a great compliment to the work you are doing with your doctor.
